Q.Can I make reservations for lodging?

Reservations for Activities (Tours and Experience Programs)

Q. What happens if it rains and the tour is cancelled for outdoor tours?

The tour operator's rain policy will be followed. Some tours will be cancelled in the event of rain.
In the event of cancellation for the convenience of the business, no fee will be charged.

Q.Is there a waiting list?

We do not support waiting lists.

Payment and Settlement

Q.Can you issue a receipt?

Yes, you will be able to download it from My Page after you have used it. the date of issue is the date of operation.

Q.What happens to the on-site payment when I pay by credit card in advance?

Local payment is not required. Please pay in cash for any additional services or goods purchased on site.

Q.What credit cards do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners are accepted.

Q.Can I use gift certificates?

Gift certificates are not available.

Q. Can I use a debit card?

David cards are not accepted.

Q.What if I have questions after booking?

If you click "Inquiry" on the reservation details page, your reservation information will be automatically filled in.

Cancellation of Reservations

Q. How do I cancel?

Select the reservation you wish to cancel from "My Page" and click the "Cancel" button at the bottom of the reservation details screen. Please contact the operator directly.

Q. About cancellation fees

The timing of cancellation fees and the existence of cancellation fees are set by each business and vary from business to business.
If you have already made a reservation, you can confirm the set cancellation fee (cancellation policy) in your reservation confirmation e-mail or on the reservation details screen.

Review Submission

Q.How do I submit a review?

When the reservation status is "used" by a business, it can be submitted from the reservation details screen of My Page.

Q.I want to modify or delete my posts.

You can make changes on the reservation details page of My Page, but not delete them.

Q.My submission is not listed on the reservation website.

Approval from the business is required. If the secretariat determines that the information is clearly inappropriate, it may not be posted.
